The Christmas concert of the Bulgarian Saturday school in Boston took place this Saturday. The concert of the Boston branch welcomed over 300 people and once again reaped a huge success that left warm memories in the hearts of all guests, students, and teachers.
Before we put up the beautiful pictures from the concert and the wonderful performances of our children, I want to lift the curtains and take you backstage so that we can express our gratitude to all the people who helped us make this event unforgettable. Thank you all for the amazing teamwork, for the true friendships and for the warm community we create together!
Each year, the school’s concerts grow larger and grander and this is a direct result of the school success in attracting bulgarian families from the area as well as the growing involvement of the parent organization. This year’s organization of the concert followed a strict system of division of labor that was developed and proposed by the parent organization. Many people put their soul, heart and skills into the production of the concert and we extend our gratitude to them: to those responsible for assigning roles and creating a signUPGenius, to those who organized and gave out the gifts, to those who organized the hall decoration and the design of a beautiful folkloric panel for the stage, to those who ordered and served the delicious food, to the ones who organized the bountiful raffle filled with donations from local businesses, to the people who directed the craft sale, to the ones who helped with the final clean-up of the hall. Let's not forget to mention the people responsible for the system and sound, the professional photographer, the stage presenters, the charming Santa Claus and the coordinators who poured in enthusiasm, artistry and dedication. You might ask “What are the magic ingredients that contributed to a great success?”. Well, these are years of accumulated experience, organizational skills, passionate commitment, truehearted friendship and happy people!
